Our Student Success Coaches are the cornerstone of our support system at Inmersivo Learning Systems. Each coach is bilingual, providing personalized guidance and support in the student’s first language, which makes navigating the educational journey more comfortable and effective. Our coaches help students with:
Personalized Guidance: Tailored support to help each student set and achieve their academic and career goals.
Language-Specific Assistance: Bilingual coaches communicate in the student’s native language, ensuring clarity and comfort in understanding instructions and feedback. Current bilingual languages are: Haitian Creole, Swahili, Spanish, Arabic, and French.
Automated Check-Ins: Regular text and email check-ins to monitor progress, address concerns, and keep completion rates high.
Motivation and Encouragement: Continuous support to keep students motivated and engaged in their learning journey.
Resource Connection: Linking students to additional resources and support networks as needed.
English and Digital Business Program
This comprehensive program combines language learning with essential business and digital skills. The course includes:
Basic Literacy: Foundational skills for reading and writing in English, ensuring learners can understand and produce basic texts.
Conversational English: Practical language skills for everyday interactions, helping students build confidence in speaking and listening.
Business Communication: Focused lessons on professional communication, including writing emails, participating in meetings, and delivering presentations.
Digital Literacy: Training on using essential business software, navigating digital tools, and understanding online safety and etiquette.
Workplace Scenarios: Role-playing and simulations of common workplace situations to prepare students for real-world business environments.
Reading Horizons
In partnership with Reading Horizons, we provide a robust literacy program that supports students at every stage of their reading journey. Reading Horizons utilizes a science-based, systematic approach to teach reading, making it accessible and effective for learners of all ages. Key features of the program include:
Foundational Literacy: Building blocks of reading such as phonemic awareness, phonics, spelling, and fluency.

Every year a total of 210 students from Puerto Rico complete our Inmersivo English Program. Since our collaboration with the Puerto Rico Baseball Academy & High School, over a 1000+ Puerto-Rican students have successfully completed our English program and 97% of them have passed their FOFEL admission tests and a total of 87% are actively attending college in the United States and Puerto Rico.
93% of Latino construction workers who successfully completed our Inmersivo program have received a raise from their employers.
10% of African refugees who completed our Inmersivo program are now enrolled in college as first-generation students, while the remaining 90% continue to improve their English skills to maintain employment.
89% of Haitian learners who completed our Inmersivo Program are now pursuing higher education, including bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degrees.
